ALIGN AND RISE MARKETING LLC, doing business as AI Just Met You · Effective July 2, 2026

Who we are

AI Just Met You builds websites and AI-powered systems for service businesses. These terms govern purchases made from ALIGN AND RISE MARKETING LLC.

Website services

Website build ($249, one-time): we build and launch a website for your business, including connecting it to your domain. You review it before and after purchase; reasonable content corrections (your services, contact details, service area, business facts) are included.
Hosting, updates & changes ($29/month): covers hosting, your domain's annual renewal while subscribed, and small content updates (text, hours, phone, services) on request. It does not include redesigns, new pages beyond the original site, marketing services, or custom development.

Payment, cancellation, refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.
If we fail to deliver your website within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
If hosting is canceled, we'll provide your site files on request so you can host them elsewhere. Your domain is yours.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of business information you ask us to publish and confirm you have the right to use any content you supply. We won't publish claims about your business you haven't confirmed.

Preview sites

We sometimes build a preview website for a business before any purchase, using publicly available information. Preview sites are offered as-is, are taken down within 14 days if unclaimed, and are removed immediately on request at hello@aijustmetyou.co.

Liability

Services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business or profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.
