What we collect

Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name.
Business information needed to deliver services: your business's public details, service offerings, and content for websites or systems we build for you.
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Basic usage data when you visit our sites (pages viewed, browser type), via standard server logs.

How we use it

To deliver and support the services you purchase.
To communicate with you about your project, billing, and support.
To send business correspondence. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, honored immediately.

What we share, and with whom

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers required to operate: Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers, and domain registrars when we manage a domain for you. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Security

Data is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard encryption in transit. Payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems.

Retention and your rights

We keep customer records while you're a customer and as required for tax and legal purposes afterward. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@aijustmetyou.co.
